Ayana Bio conducted the Ultra-Processed Food Pulse survey, offering insight into consumers’ willingness to consume ultra-processed foods (UPF) and the variables influencing their purchasing decisions. The survey reveals a large segment of U.S. adults are open to incorporating healthier UPF in their diets and would pay more for such options, prioritizing taste, ingredient quality and convenience. The report features insights from 2,000 U.S. consumers aged 18 and older.
