SCIFTS Expo connects suppliers with key decision-makers

The annual Southern California Institute of Food Technologists Section (SCIFTS) Suppliers’ Night Expo, set for March 12, will feature more than 480 exhibiting companies that provide food ingredients, flavors, packaging and other services. Each caters to the food, beverage and nutraceutical markets. 

The SCIFTS Suppliers’ Night Expo occurs 3:30-8pm at Hyatt Regency Orange County, 11999 Harbor Blvd, Garden Grove. That is two miles from Anaheim Convention Center, site for Natural Products Expo West

Proceeds from the SCIFTS Suppliers’ Night Expo fund scholarships for food science students in California colleges and universities. 

“We take the proceeds from Suppliers’ Night Expo to sustain our industry by providing funds to support both students and colleges in the advancement of food science,” Dan Rosson, chairman of the event, said. “Our goal is to provide an abundant and safe food supply.”
